With the MAXIEM abrasive waterjet we can offer complex cutting of virtually any material at any thickness while producing minimal waste.  This state of the art technology offers flexibility and fast turnaround from prototype to production.
The team at Extol can work with a range of file extensions including DXF and Adobe Illustrator.
The MAXIEM waterjet can cut a wide variety of materials from 0.04mm to 150mm plus in thickness and can accommodate sheet sizes up to 1500mm wide x 3000mm long. The MAXIEM waterjet can cut almost anything but we specialise in the following materials.
